Our Founder
TOPSCOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS had its humble beginnings as a one-man crusade to better the lives of people living in the rural communities of poor countries and regions. Through the efforts of Mr. Lim Chuan Hoe, many people, especially children, had benefited.
Mr. Lim had been involved in numerous community projects since 2000. These projects are primarily targeted at reaching out to the poor rural communities with the objective of improving the quality of lives in these places. These programs are made possible through working with many NGOs, charity and religious organizations.
CH (as Mr. Lim is affectionately known in our organization) held many positions since he started his career in the 1970s. He had sat on board as an Executive Director of many companies including local SMEs and MNCs such as ASAHI Best Base and OKI Electric Cables. His personality and charisma had endeared him to many fellow businessmen and leaders. It is with this endearing quality that he had found support for much of his work and businesses.
